A Case of Singular Neuretomy

gn Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo(BPPV) was introduced by Barany (1921) and described its detail clinical characteristics by Dix & Hallpike (1952). In 1974 Gacek introduced the surgical techniques of singular neurectomy in order to relieve a
vertigenous
attacks.
We have experienced a case of BPPV in a 33 years old female patient who didn't respond to' medical therapy and Cawthorne's exercise. We performed singular neurectomy and relieved vertigenous attack. We report the treating experience of this
patient
by
singular neurectomy.
